Mixed Vegetable soup/ Veg soup/ Veg Clear soup
Today, I am sharing a simple recipe for making vegetable clear soup . This soup is light, healthy and nutritious. . I did not use any vegetable broth to prepare this soup. .This is made with fresh vegetables without adding strong spices. You can feel the butter saute of garlic, onion and butter, which gives your soup a good aroma. You can add a little soy sauce and chili powder to get the umami taste.
1. You can use vegetables of your choice
2. You can add herbs and spices as needed
3. You can add vegetable broth to make nutmeg soup
4. Use Chettinad Masala Spice to make soup.

1 cup minced carrots
1 cup minced beans
1 cup sweet corn
1 tsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp cornflour with 1/4 cup water
1 tsp pepper powder
salt as required
2.1. First of all, I want to high-pressure cooking all vegetables. I have taken carrots, beans and sweet corn, and boiled them with plenty of water.
2 In a pan add 1 tsp of butter.
3.Add chopped garlic flakes
4.Add chopped onions and saute it till transparent.
5.After the onion is transparent, boil the cooked vegetables and raw water together for a while.
6. To thicken the soup, I now add corn water. .This is completely optional. well mixed.
7.After 5 min our veg soup start thickening…add pepper powder and salt as per your taste.
8.Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
9.Our veg soup is ready to serve .
